Frequently Asked Questions
What is Sblended?
Sblended is a frozen smoothie cube made from real fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, prebiotics and superfoods — nothing artificial, no added sugar. Just add 8 cubes to your blender with liquid, blend, and you’ve got a delicious smoothie in seconds.
How to make a smoothie?
Each smoothie = 8 cubes. Each bag contains 32 cubes (that’s 4 smoothies). Just add to a blender along with 240ml of your chosen liquid and blend until smooth.
What liquid should I use with the cubes?
You can make the cubes with water, but if you want a sweeter taste we recommend:
Evergreen smoothie: apple juice or cranberry juice.
Wild Forest smoothie: apple juice or cranberry juice.
Sunrise smoothie: fresh orange juice.
How are the cubes delivered?
The cubes will arrive by courier. They come in a recyclable cardboard box with insulated lining. The cubes are packed with dry ice to keep them frozen.
What blender should I use?
Any regular domestic blender will work, Nutribullet work perfectly. We do not recommend using food processors.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
We recommend being home, but if you’re not, the packaging will keep them frozen for several hours.
Can I use a regular blender?
Yes, any domestic blender will work, such as Nutribullet or Ninja. We do not recommend using a food processor.
Can I customise my smoothie?
Absolutely — you can add protein powder, oats, nut butter, or anything else you like.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 8 smoothies which come in 2 x bags containing 4 smoothies or 32 cubes each.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The box and bags that the smoothies come are 100% recyclable. Currently the insulating foil layer is not, we are working on a solution to this. In the mean time please return the foil to our driver on your next order and we will clean and reuse it.
What should I know about dry ice?
We use dry ice to keep your smoothie cubes frozen during shipping. It’s completely safe — just don’t touch it with bare hands, as it can cause cold burns.
Carefully leave your dry ice in a well-ventilated spot, or an outdoor space, away from kids and pets, and be sure not to touch it with bare hands (oven mits work great!).
Any leftover dry ice will evaporate on its own in a well-ventilated area. Don’t put it in the bin, sink, or a sealed container. Simply leave it out and it will disappear in a few hours.
For best results, transfer your cubes to the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
