Cold-Press Juice
What is cold-pressed juice?
Cold-pressed juices are made using a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruits and vegetables without heat. This process preserves more nutrients, enzymes, and flavour compared to traditional juicing methods.
Why is cold-pressed juice better than regular supermarket juice?
Cold-pressed juice is made using a hydraulic press instead of traditional juicing methods like centrifugal juicers which add heat and air to the juice. The cold-press gentle process preserves more vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and natural flavors, giving you a fresher, nutrient-rich juice that’s more beneficial for your health and wellbeing.
How should I store my cold-pressed juice?
Your juice will be shipped to you frozen. If you want to consume all of your juice within the next 48 hours place it in the fridge. If you want to consume at a later time, place the juices in the freezer.
My juice is in the freezer – how do I thaw it?
For best results, place your juice in the fridge for about 24 hours to thaw gradually. Thawing times may vary depending on your fridge. If you need it sooner, leave it on the counter for 4–5 hours, or submerge the sealed bottle in lukewarm water to speed up the process.
Can I drink cold-pressed juice every day?
Yes! Our cold-pressed juices are made from nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables, making them a great addition to your daily routine for hydration, energy, and overall wellbeing. We recommended one or more per day.
Are your juices suitable for specific diets?
All our juices are 100% plant-based, free from added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colours, and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. They are produced in an environment using nuts, so if you have a nut allergy we do not recommend consuming our products.
How long does the juice stay fresh once defrosted?
We recommend consuming it as soon as possible, and with 48 hours of defrosting for the best taste and nutrient quality.
Are your juices raw? Are they pasteurised? Do you use HPP?
Yes, our juices are raw. We never use HPP (High Pressure Pasteurisation) or traditional heat pasteurisation to artificially extend the self life of a juice.
What is the self life of your juices?
We freeze our juices immediately after preparation to lock in maximum freshness and minimise oxidation. If you keep them frozen after delivery, we recommend consuming them within four months for best quality. If you store them in the fridge instead, enjoy them within 48 hours, or up to four days at most.
How many juices can you fit in an average freezer drawer?
You can fit 24 juice bottles in a typical small/medium freezer drawer. For reference, the bottles are 154 x 56 x 56 mm.
